I went with this company because of the great reviews, but the person they sent out not only arrived late but didn't fix the issue, made it worst, and keeps resecheduling to come fix what he did. I won't be using this company again. Edit: The owner called me and wanted to set it right and said he would send his best tech right away. Edit: Xavier came and fixed my issue and went above and beyond, thank you! Now I see why there's so many good reviews, they do take it very seriously. Thank you so much!
